  • Engage in diverse opportunities to make a tangible difference in survivors’ lives – and our community of Sullivan County.

Why Join Us?

At TPN, we value and invest in our team. You’ll not only make a difference in the lives of others but also enjoy:

  • Competitive Salary: Reflecting your expertise and dedication (range of $55,000-75,000 based on licensing and experience).
  • Robust Benefits Package: Including comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
  • Professional Development Opportunities: Access to ongoing training, licensure support, and conferences to grow your skills and career.
  • A Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate colleagues committed to making a positive impact.

Your Role:

  • Provide compassionate, trauma-informed individual and group counseling to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to foster healing, resilience, and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of advocates, prevention educators, and community partners.
  • Engage in prevention, education, and outreach efforts to promote awareness and healing in the community.
  • Design and implement mental health programs tailored to specific populations impacted by relationship abuse and sexual assault (e.g., veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals).
  • Conduct workshops on topics like resilience, stress management, or mental health first aid specific to relationship abuse and sexual assault.
  • And more, based on your interests!

Who You Are:

  • A licensed (or license-eligible) mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Passionate about empowering survivors and breaking cycles of trauma.
  • Skilled in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • A team player with cultural competence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, empathetic, and committed to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work with adults, and the ability and desire to work with children is strongly preferred, but not required, to provide comprehensive support to individuals and families.
